We all know Cardiovascular exercise is good for us, few know however, that too much, performed at the wrong intensities can ruin all the efforts of exercising in the first place. ‘Lets go with Cardio’ is about improving ones life and health, therefore overall wealth, with wise training methods. Many enthusiasts today trying to improve their fitness or lose body fat start too hard too early with their cardio exercise, the best approach is to do your ‘base with grace.’
Base level cardiovascular fitness is really very easy to obtain – just choose an activity you enjoy, anything will do (walking the dog, taking a bike ride, roller blade riding, performing Yoga, swimming etc) and just ramp up the speed a little to get your heart rate elevated or until you feel a light sweat
