Ketosis, HCG And Low Carb Diets – Symptoms To Look For and Solutions You Need To Know About

Read this ladies weight loss article.

Years ago I lost weight by following a low calorie, low carb diet and developed Ketogenesis. It was a horrible feeling and I had the classic symptom – my breath smelled kinda like Juicy Fruit gum. Yes, really! I learned why it was not a safe way to lose weight and I never want to go through that again.

Unfortunately I gained that weight back (another downfall of typical Low Calorie Diets) and had to look for another weight loss solution but was determined to do so safely this time around. When I found the hCG Diet, Ketosis was one of the first things I researched and I liked what I found and the rest, as they say, is history.

There’s no question that the Medifast brownies are a very nice addition to this plan. They’re rich, decadent and easy to whip up in the microwave. Diarrhea is most common at the start of the diet, and is really just the body eliminating extra carbs. This is also the start of ketosis. You could look at it as an indication that your new diet is doing what it is supposed to and you are well on your way to burning that extra fat.
