Look at the inspiring story.

For the past few years I have helped thousands of people looking to lose weight using the HCG diet. During this time I have heard hundreds if not thousands of questions and a lot of those are ‘How does the HCG Diet work?’

The diet works in 3 phases beginning with the loading days. Everyone loves the loading days! For 3 days you can eat all the foods you wish, the fattier the better. This is an essential part of the diet, you need your body to feel overloaded, the more you load the better the outcome of the diet. Do not worry about gaining a couple of pounds during this process, this is normal and you will lose it within a couple of days. People who decide not to load properly in fear of gaining weight find that the weight does not fall off

Is Cardio Aerobic Exercises Good for Fat Loss?

By On June 2, 2011 No Comments

Check out this inspiring story.

There is really no question that cardio exercise is good for fat loss, as any movement of the body that causes a rise in heart rate will contribute to fat loss. Where things get confusing is those sold on aerobic exercises talk as though it’s the panacea for fat loss, and others counter that cardio exercise has its shortcomings, and therefore is not helpful at all. PROTEIN ISN’T JUST FOR BODYBUILDERS

People, especially women, are afraid to eat more protein because either they don’t want to “bulk up” or they just don’t think they need that much. In reality, you should be eating

I have always enjoyed running, but these are some of the things I discovered when I started training muay thai (MT) over 6 years ago.

1) It’s more practical. Running can’t help you in a self defense situation, unless you run away. MT can most definitely help you in a self defense situation, but not in the way you would expect. The self confidence you develop from training MT will allow you to stay calm in difficult situations. This self confidence will carry over to all areas of your life, making you a happier, more balanced person.

2) It’s more fun. Putting long miles on the road can hypnotize you, and is also hard on your
