First tip, every day you should drink at least 8-10 glasses of water. People tend to drink less water because of its taste but drinking 8-10 glasses of water each day become easier if you are actually doing it. The easiest glass you’ll drink all day is when you drink water first thing in the morning. This will make you remember that you need to drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day.
