“The Abs Diet Eat Right Every Time Guide” by David Zinczenko, Editor-in-Chief of “Men’s Health” and the author of the New York Times bestseller “The Abs Diet,” is a good little book to assist with making the right food choices. If you are not familiar with Zinczenko, you are probably familiar with his newer book series. The “Eat This, Not That” series has become very popular, including his newest addition to the series, “Drink This, Not That.” This book is a portable companion to Zinczenko’s larger “The Abs Diet” written with Ted Spiker, and it is similar to the “Eat This” books in that it provides “on the go” food choices and has parts that show which foods to eat over other choices.
