During my trainer career I’ve had a lot of discussions regarding how to get in shape fast which have certainly blown my mind. I am nothing short of astonished at the actual hoops people jump through, the money men and women devote, or the messes folks get in to when attempting to build up muscles, get lean or training to stay in good condition.

There’s isn’t a fast solution to getting an excellent body. I’ve yet to determine the reason why people over-complicate it, or treat it like some fantasy originating from a sci-fi motion picture.

The weird point is that people continue to come out with all these problematic systems as well as solutions – and everyone falls for it like its magic or something. Seriously – have we learned nothing at all?!
