Cutting Out Carbs Diet – The Fact About It

Check out this inspiring article.

This article explains the fact about cutting out carbs (carbohydrates) diet and the fact about it. In my other articles I have explained about how eating a high amount of carbohydrates will actually give you more power to fight against the yeast bacteria. It is based on an experience of my friend. Initially, she cut out the carbs (carbohydrates) until she felt so weak. Then she started a more balanced diet and found that her symptoms eventually got better

Both of us think what must have happened was that when she was eating low amounts of carbs then she didn’t experience any yeast growth symptoms but her body was too weak to fight the yeast and so she did not experience die-off symptoms. Having increased her complex carbs back to more normal levels, she now has more energy, has put weight back on and her recovery was going faster – she feels better for eating more complex carbs.

In addition to this, there are some parts of your body that cannot fuel themselves with protein and fats. For example: the muscles for focusing in the eyes, and the brain. You can do a lot of harm by eliminating all carbohydrates from your diet. If you cut out too many carbohydrates, and then experience a lot of fatigue and “brain fog” it may be that your brain isn’t getting enough fuel. It makes it hard to differentiate between this and die-off.

I think that one of the reasons why candida causes brain fog is that it is consuming the carbohydrates before your brain has the opportunity to utilize them. But trying to completely starve the candida because you think it will be quicker, means starving your brain. This is why you need to use some common sense in tackling candida, and be patient with a candida diet that has some carbohydrates in it, and use anti-candida medications.
