What If You Don't Have Time to Work Out?

Look at one awesome dieting article.

You have three jobs, four kids, and your dog’s sick. How the heck are you going to find time to work out? You have to find the time. You have to get creative with it. Don’t worry if you can’t get a full workout in. You can break up your workouts into smaller, more convenient workouts. It all adds up. Here are some tips for finding the time to work out, even when you’ve stretched yourself too thin as it is.

Workout in the Car

This is not recommended for those who aren’t very good drivers, but just tensing your muscles in the car, one at a time, can really give you a good pump. You are working your body, and your heart will get pumping, so you’re essentially working out in the car.

Get up Earlier/Go to Bed Later

This may seem like a no brainer, and it’s going to take some getting used to, but these are perfect ways to find time to work out. Even a half hour can give you enough time to go for a walk, or run on the treadmill, or work your chest; whatever it is you feel you need that day. You will eventually get used to it and your body will probably crave that time to work out.

Work Out On Your Lunch Break

If you don’t like to get all sweaty in your work clothes, then this probably isn’t for you. But try going for a walk or a run on your lunch break. Climb the stairs ten times. If your coworkers look at you funny, just think how they’ll look at you when you’ve dropped ten or fifteen pounds. They’ll probably want to run those stairs with you. You could start an entire office fitness regime.

Getting Ready in the Morning

Next time you step out of the shower, do some squats while you’re doing your hair or putting on deodorant. Do some pushups, curl the hair brush; you’ll get a good pump and it will wake you up better than coffee will.
